IT Engineer We are looking to expand our Support team and as such currently have a vacancy for an experienced IT engineer with the following skill set: On-site installation/configuration, technical support both on-site and telephone based, configuration of computers both in house and on-site. Implementation and experience of the following systems is essential: Microsoft 2000/2003 Server Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 Microsoft SBS 2000/2003 Remote Access Solutions Experience of Citrix solutions is desirable but not essential. Person Profile The successful candidate must have the in-depth knowledge of all the above. You must have the ability to quickly acquire and apply up-to-date knowledge of all relevant server and PC products. You must have analytical and problem solving skills. You will have sound communication skills and be able to deal with people at all levels. You should be well motivated, possess drive and have reasonable understanding of business issues and the types of problems end users face. Successful applicant should have at least 2 years technical experience. Ideally you will be MCP or MCSE qualified and or CCNA. A full clean driving license is also necessary for this position.
